The acquisition of any of the products implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Specific Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification; therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to purchase any of the products offered.
Once the User ticks the corresponding box, the express acceptance of these GCC will take place, both parties declaring and acknowledging their legal capacity and capacity to act, the User's legal age (i.e. he or she has reached 18 years of age) and that he or she has read and understood the contents of these GCC.

from:BEA reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services that are offered to Customers. In this way, from:BEA may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently being offered. Likewise, from:BEA reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products being offered.
Once inside http://www.frombea.com/, in order to gain access the purchase of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will include the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions specified in http://www.frombea.com/.
PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS

HOW DO YOU ADD AN ITEM TO THE BASKET?
Once an article has been chosen, along with the colour, size and quantity, the "Add to Basket" button must be clicked on for the article to become part of our order.
WHAT STEPS DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW TO MAKE A PERSONALISED ORDER?
- Choose the product (tablecloth, placemat or napkin) and within it, the model you are interested in.
- Click on the article you wish to personalise and you will have several photos of it, its name, description, price, composition and care instructions.
- Select a size or personalised measurement (if applicable) and then choose from the different options for personalisation.
- Add the article to the basket. You can then choose between "Continue shopping" or "Checkout".
- Please note that you have two options for processing your order: you can register or you can purchase as a guest.
- If you prefer to register, you will need to enter your personal details, invoice address, delivery address and select "Login".
- Select a payment method: VISA, MasterCard (...) Enter your details and click "Authorize Payment".
- You will then receive an email confirming your order.
It is recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy on a durable medium of the conditions of sale when placing the order, as well as the receipt sent by from: BEA by email.
DO I HAVE ACCESS TO MY INVOICE?
Yes. You can access it in the Orders section of your account once the order has left the warehouse.
To this end, the customer agrees to receive the invoice by email in electronic format.
CAN I GET AN INVOICE IN MY COMPANY'S NAME?
Yes. In the shopping basket you can indicate whether the order is being made in your own name or in that of your company's. In this second case you will be asked for fiscal details.
DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
The photos are taken in high quality in order to reflect in detail each of the products. You may find differences between products, as the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result. They are handmade products. We can also send samples for a price of 15€ shipping included (price valid for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of the products are made to order, so the delivery time is usually 14 working days, except for those products that include embroidery, in which case it will be 20 working days. The delivery time depends on the option chosen when placing the order. In any case, the definitive delivery time will be indicated in the order confirmation email.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
You will receive an email confirming your shipment together with the tracking code.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (Outside Spain)
International delivery is available.
The cost will be calculated according to your exact location at the time of the CheckOut. There may be additional charges for taxes which are not dependent on us, these must be paid by the customer. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
Cancellations are not allowed for custom-made or personalized products. For all other products, the cancellation period is 12 hours from the date of receipt of the order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of damaged or used items, or items without their original packaging and label.
PRICES, CHARGES AND TAXES
The prices of the products listed on http://www.frombea.com/ will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors and regardless of the destination of the order.
The final prices of all the products (and where applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, if required) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the http://www.frombea.com/.

- Delivery costs:
The cost will be calculated according to your exact location at the time of the CheckOut. There may be additional charges for taxes which are not dependent on us, these must be paid by the customer. International deliveries are also available.
Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in effect on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the online purchase process before the customer confirms the order.

By cash deposit or transfer to our bank account. Please use the order reference as payment reference. Your order will not be sent until the amount has been received on our account.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with legislation, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except for those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods or product ordered to inform from:BEA of their wish to cancel the contract.
Cancellation implies that from:BEA will refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, by the same means chosen for payment by the customer.
During this period, the consumer will inform the company of their decision to cancel the contract by filling in the form at the end of this document and sending it to the e-mail address of from:BEA.
from:BEA will communicate to the consumer via a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation.
In order to return a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive their request, we will contact the customer to provide them with the details of the return.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the company.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

It is essential to include the product in its original packaging with its label and send it to:

Once the return has been received, and the damaged product has been checked, we will proceed with its refund to the same account number used for the order, or send a replacement free of charge.
We will replace it as soon as possible without any cost.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM TO THE ONE I ORDERED?
We will exchange it for the correct article as soon as possible and free of charge.

LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The consumer and user has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, the price reduced or the contract rescinded, as established in Chapter II Title. IV Book II of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not comply with the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, both of which will be free for the consumer, and will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If, after the repair has been performed and the product delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a reduction in price or the cancellation of the contract.
